So, I seriously started my weight loss journey in September by doing boot camp 5 days a week and committing to a 1/2 marathon in Feb. I am now 50 lbs lighter and have the joy of saying I am a runner. I am a slow runner, but a runner non-the-less. My goal now is to lose another 25 by summer for my 20 year reunion. Ultimately, I want to be around 160 lbs and be a healthy mom for my 4 kids. This is my way of being accountable to myself. This is my beginning, this is my journey.
