Sometimes I wonder why I start these things, I am horrible at journaling... always have been. I keep telling myself though that I want to be an inspiration to someone out there who might happen upon this and say, if she can, so can I. So... since I last posted, I am down 7 more lbs and am now training for a 10k. I still am looking forward to my second 1/2 marathon in July sometime too. It has been a hard month though. I was at a plateau for almost 2 months and I finally broke it this weekend! I hope I can continue on this path for a while, still average 1 -2 lbs a week and look to the finish.
As of now, I am down 67 lbs, with an ultimate goal of 47 more to go. Really though, I want to be in a size 10. I don't think I have seen that weight or size since Jr. High so it might be much, but I will just keep working. I find it does get easier as I go, more of a habit than anything. That is when I know it is working. I wanted a life change, not just a diet. Just keep telling yourself that even through the tough months and you will get there too.
